Does anyone know the difference/advantage of EAS AdvantEdge vs. EAS Myoplex protein bars. It appears the Myoplex has more protein in it but is that the only difference?

I have myoplex and seeing good response.

I work out after school. I usually run 3 or more miles and do weight training. Do i drink this after my workout and will this help to build lean muscle or will this make me bulky? Cause im a girl so im wondering what this is going to do for me.

Not during! Like an hour after. And maybe like an hour before. But don't depend on it for energy. Carbs give you energy, and protein (hopefully more than is in 1 shake) helps your muscles to build back up stronger. But you're gonna feel like crap
