I need help developing my nutritional program?

Im 17 years old. 6 feet 169 pounds. Im trying to gain more muscle mass, but not too large. I want to be cut. I developed a routine 12 weeks of training. But now I need a plan Nutritonal to go with it. Can anyone out there please help me?

Whats the best way to train for a 1 on 1 basketball game in one week? Please Help!!?

In a week from now I'm playing in a game against someone that hates me and wants to fight me as an alternative. It will be 1 on 1 on a good outdoor court, losers ball, to 21, with outs. There's going to be a lot of people there to watch and I'm putting


alright im not a basketball coach, i just play on the team and am a team captain so ima give u some advice that i know of.

Do protein bars help you gain weight?

I am a 14 year old and I play high-school football. I only weigh 116 lbs. Im really trying to gain weight. About 2-4 lbs. each month. I use EAS Myoplex Deluxe Protein Bars.


This is the off-season and we have strength tests once


It's simple:
calories in < calories out (weight loss)
calories in = calories out (no change)
calories in > calories out (weight gain)
