is "body fortress: super advanced whey protein" too good to be true?
[2008-08-13 00:48:55]

i saw this cheap stuff at walmart for..i think $14!?!? whoa that's cheap and it's packed with 26g of protein each serving. in it's "super recovery blend" it had creatine, glutamine, and even had protein isolate......for $14!?!? has anyone used

i have been a bodybuilder for several years. I use the brand you are asking about everyday. I drink 5 servings a day. I also use LEAN BODY powder after training (double packets). I have seen a increase in fat lose and muscle gain with the body fortress

How should I take my muscle supplements?
[2008-04-12 02:46:50]

I take supplements off and on, but only take 1 supplement for a period of time then switch. Results are descent, but seem like I won't really need the supplement (but this also could depend on how good the stuff is that i'm using). Anyways, I want to

All the supplements that you take are pretty included in every single one of my protein drinks. lol they are perfectly safe to mix however creatine has a loading phase to get the most of, its typical for a 7 day phase with 20 grams per day then 5grams
