I just need to know how long does it take before you get stronger, how long does it take for your arm to get more, and can not help your wind endurance endurance training? And if there are better than one at a similar price?
i just got one of the 30 serving tubs of body fortress super advance creatine high performance, and on the directions it says to use one scoop, but there is no scoop that i can find. it says 48g= 1 scoop. is there a scoop somewhere and I'm missing it?
