I just recently bought BSN - Nitrix, True mass, and Syntha6...I want to know a good cycle to help me build mass, and get stronger. Don't refer me to any new products because then i'll want them, and put the BSN to waste. Just tell me any possible combinations
You need to follow the directions on each of the packages for the amounts. If you use them in conjunction with a good regular workout program you will do fine. Do not overuse them there may side effects.

NO, you will be doing a lot of damage to your still growing body! The thermogain is a particularly nasty drug for teens. I would not recommend them to anyone but as a teen you are very vulnerable to disruption in your systems.
