Q: I just bought creatine body fortress super advanced and said to take 1 dose (48g) before a workout. Is not that a lot of creatine at the same time? Should I modify the recommended use or should I stick to what they say to do?

I am taking Whey Protein after I work out, but I am looking to add mass now. If I add in the Body Fortress Creatine with it, will I be getting the results I want or will it be overkill and a waste of money?
