Q: I am currently in concrete and have reasonable gains in size and strength, but im running out and the thought of turning to a new supplement.
I weigh now about 139lbs and im 23 almost 24 yrs old. My body has shown me that i have a small build. Im about 5,7 and im really looking to build muscle. Ive been working out for the past 3 months almost 7 days a week. Working one mostly 2 body parts
so im doing creatine concret and i workout every other day for an hour or so but on wednesday i did it for 2 hours nonstop straight i usally do 30 reps of ab sling/strap, 20perfect push up, 10 pull ups,10 chin ups, 20 25lbs of dumbells usally ill do this
