Q: ive just started taking creatine, and just took my first two pills. I feel something, but it could just be my mind playing tricks on me to make me feel something .. I do not feel the results, but feel the energy starting to work on?

135 x 10. Any recommendations on creatine. also i was wondering what i can do to increase my bench and is 200 1 rep max out of the question as a goal before august?
