I work out with my football team 5 days a week, and im only taking a protein supplement right now. I want to gain some muscle weight and get some more definition. will the Kre Alkalyn Creatine help or will it make me look big and just full of water ?

No, the dosage for the day is an assumption of one workout a day. Stick to that dosage. Your logic would mean multiple doses if a person worked out several times a day
