Q: im 13 and im taking now to gain weight ... but I do not exercise ... I add it to "stimulate more" for a caloric content of 460 calories for 8 ounces and only drink 3-4 times a day (especially before bedtime) i dont do exercise because I can not ...

A: I used it. It's no different than most whey protein powders on the market. You will not get fat if you are active. I do not know how much you take, but I think its 25g protein and 100 or 110 CALs.

I bought this chocolate designer whey protein powder and it tastes real nasty. I found that if i mix it with milk and chocolate syrup that its not so nasty.
Any other suggestions to make it taste better?

Well I think vanilla because you can add diffrent things such as fruits, candy, whip cream, icecream, cocoa syrup. YUM
