For Jay Robb's fruit flush diet, can i use soy protein powder instead of whey/egg white?

Q: and now I weigh 105 pounds, I want to be 98 pounds (do not worry, it's still healthy). Will I be able to lose so much?
my ass is serious. I'm only 5 feet!

A: Soy is bad for you

ALSO £ 98 is too thin. doesn't matter that you are 5 feet tall. Seriously, my grandmother is 90 years £ 100 - 5 feet tall and is almost see through.

My protein powder is extremely expensive and comes from egg whites. Its called Jay robbs and has all BCAA's and essential amino acids, could i still build muscle off only this for main protein source?

Im weight training 5-6 times a week,

The powder you're using isn't a fix-all.
After workouts you want a quick releasing protein like whey protein.
Casein and albumen (milk and eggs) proteins are slower releasing. They're a good source throughout the day to prevent your body

Healthy Smoothies

Next I add frozen berries, one  small banana or half of a large one (great source of potassium), plus two tablespoons of fiber powder. They also make an egg white version and other flavors. The American diet is low in fiber....

Is this a safe way to lose fat? Please answer?

Ok im just going to explain my situation. Right now i weigh 180 lbs, am 5"10, and im 21 years old. I can bench 285 (1 rep max), pretty strong/toned because ive been workin out every day for the past 6 months and lost about 10% bodyfat.

Even if you lose weight it's pretty irrelevant if you don't keep within the same lifestyle that got you there. Dieting shouldn't be about pain; if it is you're unlikely to keep it up, putting you back in the same position you're in now.

before you decide to diet watch some interviews of Linda Bacon on youtube. She has a book out called Health at Every Size that gives scientific studies on weight loss. Basically nothing you do will work long term. I am sure if you did your diet plan you
