A: Of course they do. Supplements should be handled with care though. Make sure you keep up your exercise or you will gain fat quickly.

I take two 50 gram whey drinks per day and for my Casein at night I use GROW. I've tried several types of casein and GROW tastes and works the best in my opinion. I have the chocolate flavor and I think it's 20g per serving. It's not bad with water
