Q: I like to eat "muscle milk and oats" cereal for breakfast. It has 30grams of protein per serving

I try to understand what type of protein it is.

A: The primary protein in Muscle Milk / Evopro are casein and whey. These are the same protein found in regular milk. Muscle Milk is similar to regular milk because it has more casein than whey.

Is this a good way to lose weight and gain muscle?

I have 2 servings of honey bunches of oats in morning
1 cup skim milk
1 large apple
about 450 calories
At school 11:30 lunch
1 milk box
ham turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat
about 420 calories


there is nothing wrong with it but its rare that you are going to be able to maintain this strict of a diet. you should also take vitamin supplements too complement your daily diet, and mabey find some other source of protien then from milk. Everynight
