Yes it should help, especially if the food plan was designed by your nutritionist. I have a feeling he or she knows what theya re doing. So just stick to the plan, and expect results.

well as far as the eating right part goes you actually have to eat 5 times a day breakfast lunch and dinner as well as two snacks but make sure these are small meals and nothing huge. drinking lots of water is also key.
