Um. I'm 15 and weigh 125 and I bought Muscle Milk cookies 'n Creme and i don't know when to use it at all. during what points in the day, and what days of the week should i take it? [oh and i work out every 5 days a week: mon., wed., thurs., fri., sat.
ok so, i bought the big jug of muscle milk (powder), and its (cookies n' creame). I did 2 scoops of the powder and i put 12 ounces of water. i then added 4-5 more cuz it was nasty. ive had the already made ones and they taste nothing like this. what am
I've tried cookies n cream and didnt like it much. Same with Creme brulee. I really liked chocolate though. How about chocolate peanut butter?
