Q: Okay so I am very thin and, recently, I discovered that I lost ten pounds and I'm trying to find him, so I eat lunch and dinner and snacks in between. And some of my friends recommended me this bottle to weight gain. Now is that true or what?
A: Added calories of any kind will help you gain weight. A high protien, as you should be good, because you want some nutrition and calories.
