Is it safe to take GNC's Amplified Creatine 189 and MuscleTech's Nitro-Tech Hardcore together?

I try to take Creatine 189 morning and Nitro-Tech in the afternoon, after my workouts. Assuming no load step and an adequate amount of hydration is given, would it be safe to take together?


I take Cell Tech MuscleTech creatine right after my weight lifting and then cardio and drink a lot of water on the cardio machines and 1 hour after I get home I take the Nitro Tech, then you should be fine.

im 17 years old looking gain some weight and strength and definition. i've been working out for about 5 months and work out hard everytime at the gym and have seen little to no improvement i took cell tech for 2 months and saw little gain in strength.


Stop taking it because for your age the negative side effects are too much.
