Q: I am currently using the EAS protein powder and I noticed that the percentages of cholesterol on the nutritional value is quite high (27%). I know that protein powders in general have high percentages of cholesterol (20%).
A: The amount of cholesterol - even at 27% - in the EAS protein powder is minimal. It is somewhere around 26 mg. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends no more than 300 mg of cholesterol per day.

I am a 17 yr old male and I am wondering if the soy content in EAS premium protein is enough to effect my estrogen levels, and give me unwanted results. To be short, do i have anything to worry about while taking this product concerning my estrogen/testosterone
Like I've heard add hot chocolate mix or gatorade. But what kid of gatorade? or any other sugestions. But not milk or blender recipes
