I find it amazing. Is this healthy?
A: It's a lot of protein for a protein bar. My protein powder has about 23 grams per serving. But the bar is not unhealthy. If you worry them too much protein, theres not. The more you exercise the more protein you need.

Whoa! Ok, with the trampoline, it's amazing for your core and legs, because with each jump, you flex your muscles and your calfs become super tight. A mini-trampoline is better because there is more resistance.
