the bar seems to have relatively low protein so ill look around

i just bought it today and the guy who sold it to me at GNC said it's the best tasting protein drink. is this gonna help me gain muscle fast?

It will help, but you still have to workout. It is not a miracle in a tube. And it is not the best tasting protein in the market. GNC workers are based on commission, and sell you whatever are giving them the most during that time. Do research before
