I eat dairy and eggs still, but what are some really high protein foods I can eat often, maybe foods without prep, like veggies that have a lot of protein?

I need some protein foods that have a good taste to them so I don't fall off my no carb diet for a week. Help me out please.


Have you ever though about eating tuna or how about a salad? They are both very low on carbs, but the salad doesnt have much protein.

There are a ton of good proteins out there.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and have lost two pounds from my original pre-baby weight, so my doctor told me to eat more protein-rich foods. What are some healthy protein foods to eat? Thanks!


Nuts (avoid peanuts in excess), dried fruits like apricots and papaya, chicken, beef, fish (dont buy farm raised, limit tuna, no shark or swordfish), avacado, eggs, beans and lentils, cheese (no soft cheeses), and yogurt.
