I am 19 years old and I have been working out and using whey protein only as a supplement for over a year now. I see some gains, but I do want more. I have been getting mixed answers from people telling me to add either casein protein or creatine powder



As a nutritionist and trainer, my advice is that you should be taking all 3: Whey, casein, and creatine. There is absolutely no reason why you can't do that. I've been doing it for years, and so have millions of people around the world.
