If it stays separate, then is there any other edible material out there that, when it comes in contact with water for a long period of time (such as in a cup) does not absorb it?


wild guess; if its purely concentrated and fatty protein, it wont mix, even over time. if its powder concentrate it absorbs it.

parts that stay unmixed?.. you would need a lab to find out.
