Q: I am a preteen and I want to know how to make a strawberry or soy protein shake (fruit than me =])
and I can do with things home or should I go to the store and buy protein and stuff like that?
A: This is the recipe I created after I'm addicted to smoothies and moved to a place where there are no stores smoothie.
I have some pretty serious food allergens. I need help finding a protein shake that is free of soy, corn and gluten. If you have any recipes or websites. I would be very grateful. Thanks.
