Q: I noticed when you buy in the store, whey protein has more cholesterol than soy protein supplement. He is 40 mg (16% DV) in whey vs. 0mg in soybeans. Why?
A: Whey is a dairy derivative. Animals produce cholesterol. Soy protein is a plant product.
I've been eating beans and rice everyday, but I want somethin ga little extra. Meat protein, whey and egg protein upsets my stomach. Soy, peanut butter and bean protein are easier for my stomach. But , are those acceptable types of protiens?
