Q: I had the caramel chocolate powder which I found very good. Has anyone tried the cookies and cream flavored whey protein powder and CNG what would they do the rate on 10?

A: Do you mean the ISOPURE? I love him but I also found the peanut butter and chocolate and other flavors online and cheaper.

and what if its expire lets say already 5 years but kept in a cool dry place in its container because i just used mine a couple of times and came back and found it there so im like hmmm should i still use it?

It depends how long it has been and also if any moisture has gotten to it. Due to it being whey I would suggest just investing in another jug of whey and not taking the risk. I took expired whey before and it destroyed my stomach.

I worked in the supplement industry for a few years and expiration dates always upset me because the item can be PERFECTLY GOOD a year or more after expiring but we'd have to throw it away! What a waste! Unless the product smells or tastes funny or upsets
