I began drinking Isopure low carb a while a go (chocolate flavor), and it tastes really bad. Does it taste better with something other than water, as the instructions say? Some people say that milk, but nothing else? Or mixed with another flavor?
If not, what is the best way to do it? I have been taking NO Explode before my workout and Cell Mass and Protein together after my workout.
